March 21: Village Postcard “US” Art Show + Buckshot Blu Concert (+ Gourmet Fingerfood Fest + Poetry Reading + Insanity) To be honest, this whole thing scares me a bit, because I’ve put a lot of work and thought into it and it feels rather exposing. I say this is not to manipulate anyone into participating, just to communicate where I’m at. I would appreciate your help, however. You can: 1)Communicate to Mary Kay what food you’ll be bringing. 2)If you’ve invited musicians to participate, let them know the details so they can be there. 3)Get your art to me by Friday... if you’re working on it during art night, you can bring it to the church late Friday night - I’ll likely be there from noon to midnight. [As for the 4 piece limit previously communicated, if your artwork is small and thematic, we’ll make exceptions to include more]. 4)Be at the church at 3:00 Saturday if you’re signed up to help w/ setup. 5) If you’re contributing fabric, please affix a piece of tape with your name on the back. Also, indicate whether it can or can’t be used with food. We also need solid-colored tablecloths, preferably not white. Please check the website on a daily basis for updates and newly discovered needs you may be able to meet. Please commit to praying on a daily basis that God will bring people & expose them to our community. Invite friends!! Thanks, Pastor Eric
