It's been about 12 or so years since I've had a job outside of my home. Even as I wonder what's changed in that amount of time I KNOW that not enough has. I've been waiting for God to just lay something out at my feet and it looks like He may have done just that. There was an interview yesterday for a part-time office support staff position at a place called Jeffco. We'll see. And all the while I keep seeing things I would just love to do. Framing the art work my kids are working on, getting my new house in just the right condition to have parties, read more books, just about anything other then going to work for real. Sigh, sometimes real life feels like a bummer and the illusion seems so much preferable! But, here's to working on working. To those of you who are where I am, I salute you! |
